Privacy Policy
Updated: September 25, 2026
VisibilityLabs is a brand operated by VSBLTY Technologies Pvt Ltd. For the purposes of this policy, VSBLTY Technologies Pvt Ltd is the Data Controller responsible for your personal data.
1. Introduction
Welcome to VisibilityLabs (https://vsblty.co). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy informs you about how VSBLTY Technologies Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", or "our") looks after your personal data when you visit our website or use our services.
2. Data We Collect
We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together as follows:
- Identity Data includes first name, last name, username or similar identifier.
- Contact Data includes email address and telephone number.
- Technical Data includes internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, and other technology on the devices you use to access this website.
3. Website measurement and your choices
On public pages, we count page views and a small set of actions by default through our own website API. These events include only an approved page path and, for a service or case-study link, its public slug. They do not carry a browser ID, cookies, query strings, referrers, form answers or private client routes. We use them for daily totals, not visitor profiles. You can turn off these counts in Privacy settings in the footer. We also honour supported Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals.
Separate, optional self-hosted analytics can provide richer site journeys and derive pseudonymous sessions from network information such as IP address and user agent. Heatmaps and masked replays are another separate choice: they can show clicks and scrolling on public content, but exclude the project enquiry form and private client areas. Form answers, client project data and invoice information are not sent as analytics events. These optional tools are used only if they are configured on this site and you choose them in Privacy settings.
Visitor diagnostics is a further, separate choice and is currently disabled on this site. When enabled, it records the public page path and time, a random browser recognition ID, broad device categories and a coarse hashed device signature; our server associates visits with the IP address it sees. An IP address can be personal data and does not always map to one person. We treat it as sensitive visitor information. We do not need canvas, GPU or battery data for this feature. Withdrawing this choice stops future diagnostics collection and clears the browser recognition ID; it does not automatically erase records already received.
Before enabling visitor diagnostics publicly, we will publish and enforce its retention period and a process for access or deletion requests. Marketing pixels remain off unless a specific destination is configured and you separately allow them.
4. How We Use Your Data
We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:
- Where we need to perform the contract we are about to enter into or have entered into with you.
- Where it is necessary for our legitimate interests and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests.
- Where we need to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.
