VisibilityLabs is a brand operated by VSBLTY Technologies Pvt Ltd. Throughout these terms, "VisibilityLabs", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the brand and website, while the legal contracting party and entity responsible for all obligations is VSBLTY Technologies Pvt Ltd.

"Visibility Labs" is a trade name used by VSBLTY Technologies Pvt Ltd. The trademark for Visibility Labs is currently unregistered but protected under applicable common law rights.
